John King

John King, Founder and COO of Sunrise Valley Construction, brings 12 years with SVC and 18 years in the construction industry. He leads daily operations with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to excellence. Known for his ability to visualize new builds and strengthen client relationships, John guides each project with precision and a focus on delivering exceptional results. He’s especially energized by Barndominiums and Party Barns—projects that blend creativity, function, and the unique lifestyle goals of SVC clients.



Motivated by a unified, enthusiastic team, John believes great work comes from people who enjoy what they do. “Teamwork makes the dream work.” Outside the office, he enjoys golf, pickleball, and family time. To him, quality craftsmanship means doing what you say you’ll do—without compromise. Clients remember his professionalism, attention to detail, and designs that bring “Dreams to Reality.”

Gideon Beiler

Gideon Beiler has been part of Sunrise Valley Construction since 2017, serving in Assistant Management and Sales while supporting project management across a wide range of builds. A natural dreamer with a talent for generating ideas, he brings strength in design, team collaboration, and helping clients explore creative possibilities. Gideon is especially energized by projects with custom finishes—spaces where customers look to SVC for unique, standout ideas that elevate their vision.



What motivates Gideon most is seeing a customer truly wowed by the team’s work. Guided by the motto, “There is no elevator to success—you have to take the stairs,” he approaches every project with dedication and attention to detail, believing craftsmanship is defined by noticing the things most people overlook. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, and helping his wife with their Airbnb rental. Clients remember Gideon for his genuine desire to see them satisfied throughout the process and for contributing to the respectful, hardworking culture that turns their “Dreams to Reality.”

Dave Beiler

Dave Beiler brings 13 years of construction experience and has spent the past three years managing projects at Sunrise Valley Construction. In his role, he oversees material ordering, coordinates deliveries to jobsites, and maintains clear communication between the onsite team and the customer. Known for his love of problem‑solving and research—especially anything involving numbers—Dave thrives in the details and enjoys the challenge of keeping projects running smoothly. Equestrian builds are his favorite, offering the perfect blend of complexity and creativity.



Motivated by the opportunity to help bring a customer’s dreams to reality, Dave approaches every project with the belief that “In everything you do, do it with excellence.” He defines quality craftsmanship as paying attention to the small details and bringing out the best in every skill. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and off‑roading. Clients remember Dave for his attention to detail, steady commitment, and the confidence he brings to every stage of the building process.

Ivan Fisher

Ivan Fisher has been with Sunrise Valley Construction for seven years, serving as a Foreman overseeing daily operations and crew management. With a strong background in construction and a natural ability to work well with people, Ivan brings skill, steadiness, and craftsmanship to every project. He’s especially passionate about timber‑frame builds, where precision and artistry come together. Known for his trim work and hands‑on leadership, Ivan thrives on creating smooth, efficient jobsite flow and supporting his team in delivering exceptional results.


Ivan finds motivation in happy customers and the satisfaction of a job well done. Guided by the belief that “Believe you can and you’re halfway there,” he approaches each project with pride and a commitment to quality. To him, craftsmanship means taking pride in your work and going the extra mile. Outside of SVC, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Christian Stoltzfus

Christian Stoltzfus has been with Sunrise Valley Construction for seven years, serving as a Foreman and Project Manager. He leads crews, runs projects, and brings a thoughtful, methodical approach to every job. Known for thinking things through, training new employees, and a natural strength in math, Christian thrives in new construction and enjoys the challenge of seeing a project come together from the ground up. He’s motivated by strong work ethic, helping others grow, and the opportunity to bring customers’ dreams to life.



Christian lives by the belief that “Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it’s the courage to continue that counts.” To him, quality craftsmanship starts with an organized jobsite, the best materials, and always striving for better. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, nature, and spending time with friends and family. Clients appreciate his easygoing communication, willingness to answer questions, and genuine desire to keep them happy throughout the process—plus, he’s always up for a good golf conversation.

EJay

EJay has been with Sunrise Valley Construction for three years, bringing seven years of construction experience to his role as a Foreman. He leads onsite teams and keeps projects moving smoothly with a detail‑oriented, organized approach. Known for his steady leadership and commitment to structure, he thrives on builds like horse barns and garages—projects where efficiency, clarity, and craftsmanship make all the difference. His motivation comes from seeing consistent progress on the jobsite and ensuring each phase moves forward with purpose.



Guided by the belief that you should “Start each day with a positive thought and a grateful heart,” EJay defines quality craftsmanship as attention to detail and delivering results that reflect pride in the work. Outside of SVC, he enjoys fishing, woodcrafting, and golfing. Clients remember him for his honesty, thoughtfulness, and dedication to putting their needs first—along with the confidence that he and his crew will go the extra mile to deliver quality results.

Matt Houston

Matt Houston joins Sunrise Valley Construction with five years of industry experience and a passion for helping clients bring their ideas to life. In his role in Sales, he connects potential customers with SVC’s products and services, guiding them from initial concept to a clear, exciting vision. Matt thrives on intricate design projects—especially party venues and barns—where creativity, problem‑solving, and thoughtful layout come together. Known for his strong grasp of technology, quick learning, and natural ability to build community, he brings energy and connection to every interaction.



Motivated by the process of turning ideas into reality, Matt lives by the mindset: “If I think I should probably do it, then I should do it—and do it well.” He defines quality craftsmanship as delivering what you promise, doing the work the way you’d want it done yourself, and building lasting relationships along the way. Outside of work, he enjoys teaching his kids, playing music, and staying involved in theater and performing arts. Clients appreciate Matt’s quick, efficient communication and his determination to find solutions—no matter how challenging the problem may be.
